★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت قطعه واردت استبدالها في فرعهم الثاني في حياة مول لان القطعه التي اشتريتها غير نظيفه ورفضت الاستبدال وطلبت مني الذهاب للفرع اللب شريته منه وبالفعل ذهبت لمحل ثاني يوم على حسب ما اتفقع عليه من مديرة فرع حياة مول مع مديرة فرع النخيل لكن وجدت مديرة فرع النخيل في اجازة مدة يومين ورفضت البائعه استبدالها وانتهى وقت استبدال القطعه وانا لم استبدلها.
I bought a piece and wanted to replace it in their second branch in Hayat Mall because the piece that I bought was not clean and refused to replace and asked me to go to the pulp branch. A two-day vacation and the seller refused to replace it. The time for replacing the piece ended and I did not replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل يتميز بمعروضاته الجميله حتى وإن كانت بعضها أسعارها مبالغ فيها ! لكن الذي لم يعجبني اليوم في فرع النخيل مول صوت الأغاني الأجنبيه كأنه لاهوية عربية لدينا ! وعندنا نبهت الموظفه الموجوده قالت : أنا لست المسئولة !!
The store is distinguished by its beautiful displays, even if some of them are overpriced! But what I did not like today in Al-Nakhil Mall branch is the sound of foreign songs as if we have an Arab identity! And when we alerted the employee present, she said: I am not responsible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff and customer service managment. They didnt have cash in the register and they make us wait more than 30 mintues and when I asked them to make the paymemt by credit card they refused, claiming their stupid system is not supporting.
what a bad experince that we have to take with this store.
