M	Mohamed Tarek Saad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد اي نظافه في الفندق ولا الغرف لا يوجد اي نوع من انواع خدمه الغرف الغرف غير ادميه سرائر غير نظيفه من مكان نزلاء سابقين لا صابون ولا مناديل ولا اي شي لا يوجد انترنت على الرغم من انهم يقولو موجود في وصف الفندق عند الحجز تعامل الاستقبال غير لائق There is no cleanliness in the hotel or rooms There is no type of room service The rooms are dirty, the beds are not clean, from the place of previous guests No soap, no wipes, nothing There is no internet even though they say it is in the hotel description when booking Improper reception
A	Ahmed Mohsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق سيئ جدا جدا جدا وعدم اهتمام بنظافة الغرفة ولا يتم تغيير الفرش بعد كل نزيل وعندما تقوم باخبارهم بذالك لا يتم تنظيف الغرف أو تغيير اي شئ بها وتترك كما هي ..... لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا الفندق مطلقا ..... Very very very bad hotel and lack of attention to the cleanliness of the room. The mattresses are not changed after each guest. When you tell them that, the rooms are not cleaned or anything is changed in them and they are left as they are. ..... I do not recommend dealing with this hotel at all.....

J	Jalal Repors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so nice and courteous, the only disadvantage is its far from haramain although you can take taxi for 5 SAR. The place is awesone for its price and staff. A lot of stores outside the building.
