★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give you a short account of my trip. Arrived at hotel, no Bell boy to help with luggage. Reception guy did not understand English. Rooms were smelly. Had to change rooms 3 times. No concept of housekeeping. You will never find hotel staff present. Reception seat is vacant most of the time. They always tell u we will solve the problem, but it never is solved. Am still there and just can't wait for it be over. Only good thing is the shuttle service to Haram.
The highlight of the stay was the manager handing me a bottle of chlorox to pour in the toilet when i told him that the room hasn't been cleaned in 7 days.
