★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of product is good but very sorry to say extremely bad customer service in makkah clock tower branches only saleswoman are there and they can't communicate in English properly and at the same time very rude and impatient probably because we are non arabs and they think we will not buy anything as compare to in madina in Taiba center they have salesman who are polite and speak fairly good English and very patient ..I like to purchase from madina as compared to makkah...extremely bad customer service....very disappointed...
