★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- تعاملهم سيئ جدا الموظفة رفضت ارجاع الطلب بحجة وجود رائحة ولا توجد رائحة اصلا
2- المدير الشامي لم يتاكد من وجود رائحة
3- المدير غير سعودي وهذا مخالف للانظمة
4- اخذت حقي غصبا عنهم بشكوى لوزارة التجارة
نصيحة مني تبى تعامل سيئ وخدمة عملاء سيئة اشتري من عندهم اول مرة واخر مرة ان شاء الله
1- They treat them very badly. The employee refused to return the application on the pretext that there is a smell and there is no smell at all
2- The Shami director did not make sure that there was a smell
3- The manager is not Saudi and this is against the regulations
4- I took my right against them by filing a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce
Advice from me: you want bad treatment and bad customer service, buy from them the first time and the last time, God willing
