★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف البضاعه نفسها مافيه تجديد مافيه خلفيه او دورات للبنات الموجودين علشان يغلفون الهدايه اللي نشتريها والمفروض يوفرون تغاليف واكياس حقت الماركات لازم لفته من قبل وزاره التجاره او ياليت يتعلمون من دول اوربا كيف اهتمامها بالماركات من ناحيه التنوع بالبضاعه او التغليف
 Unfortunately, the goods themselves are not enough to renew the background or courses for the girls who are there in order to wrap the gifts that we buy, and they are supposed to provide packaging and bags attached to the brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت ساعه وكانت البطاريه لا تعمل، رجعتها لتغيير البطاريه، ورجعتلي بدون البوكس وبدون ما تتغير بعد شهر ،
كامل، والان اعطيتهم الساعه مره ثانيه ومرت 3 اسابيع ومافيه رد. وحتى في المرتين ما اعطوني ورقه تثبت اني اعطيتهم الساعه، وكانت الموظفه جدا مهمله لانها استلمت مني الساعه وحطتها عالمكتب بدون كيس ولا صندوق، والورقه بخط يد فقط فيها اسمي الاول ورقم الجوال وما لصقتها عالساعه.
المهم الخلاصه ما انصح تتعاملوا معاهم
I bought an hour and the battery was not working, I returned it to change the battery, and I returned without the box and without what changed after a month,
Full, now I gave them the hour again, 3 weeks passed, and there was no response. Even both times they did not give me a paper proving that I gave them the hour, and the employee was very neglected because she received the watch from me and put her in the office without a bag or box, and the paper is in handwriting only in which my first name and mobile number and what I affixed to the watch.
The bottom line is what I recommend you do with them

I ordered online and received the box damaged and broken and it looks very poor and I intend to give it as a gift

الساعه 10،15 صباحاً والمحل ما فتح مع ان وقت العمل من 9،30 صباحاً
Unfortunately, they do not have a commitment to working hours
It is 10.15 am and the shop is not open although the working time is from 9.30 am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 21st my wife brought a Ferre watch that she liked from this shop, before my wife purchased the watch the manager Abdel Rahman was very nice and respectful addressing her and advising her as his 'sister', she had some links taken out to make the watch fit her. Firstly they didn't tell her of the policy of when removing links that you cannot get a refund or an exchange.
When she came home and showed me the watch I immediately hated it and felt it was not a little overpriced but massively overpriced.
When the time came to return the watch on the 24th the manager first of all stated that we were out of the refund window by one day as it was now four days since we purchased it!!! Then to add insult to injury he said that once the links had been removed that there was nothing that could be done in terms of refund or exchange!!!
Later on he then twisted the policy stating he couldn't offer a refund but to help us out he could offer an exchange on equal or greater value, which I would like to add was against the company policy in the first instance.
If he really wanted to help, he should have told my wife about taking the links out or if he was going to twist the policy to then offer us a full refund which is what we went to the shop for in the first place. Customer service is absolute zero after you have paid for the item. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from here, and if you do be aware of the small print in the terms and conditions.
