★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت ساعه من عندهم اون لاين وصلتني الساعه بطاريتها فارغة اخذتها الصيانه قالوا اسبوع تخلص وللحين لها ٢٣ يوم ولا خلصت واتواصل مع رقم مديره الفرع بدون استجابه وتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء أيضا بدون نتيجة
I bought a watch from them online and I received the watch with an empty battery, the maintenance took it, they said it was a week, it has been rid and until now it has 23 days and I have not finished and I contact the number of the branch manager without a response and I contacted customer service also without result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم زيارة الفرع لتغير البطاريه للساعه اللتي اشتريتها من ذو ٤ سنوات ورفضو تغير بطاريتها بحجة ان ورقة الضمان غير موجوده علما انه اثناء شرى الساعه افادو ان الضمان مفتوح مدى الحياه للبطاريات وانه يمكن تغيرها في اي وقت وصيانة الساعه في كل الاوقات.. خدمة الصيانه بعد البيع سيئة جدا
The branch was visited to change the battery for the watch that I bought from 4 years old and they refused to change its battery on the pretext that the warranty paper is not available, knowing that during the purchase of the watch, they stated that the warranty is open for life for the batteries and that it can be changed at any time and maintenance of the watch at all times.. After-sales maintenance service very bad
