Very awful branch with zero customer service after waiting 2 hours in last visit the sales man just tolled me they aren't baying the rent for the mall and they may close permanently.
Really need to change that all 180°

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to shop Swatch from. Idiots have minus infinity (if it exists) knowledge of what ‘c’ in customer service stands for.
Inexplicable. If I were a Saudi citizen, I would have shouted at the two girls standing and chit chatting giving zero regard to either me or my family, despite repeated requests for price of a sample.
Unbelievable how disrespectful the store and its employees are towards people who walk in. It’s sad that my parents even purchased from this store despite them behaving so.
If anyone lets them know of their behavior in future, please give them my personal regards too.
