★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم جيد لكن في اغراض وصلت مكسرةوبمجرد وصولها رميتها . شحنت الاغراض عن طريق الطيران ودفعت بالوزن يعني وزن الاغراض واخذ مني الثمن بالكيلو وتاخر في الشحن وكل شوية يطلب فلوس زيادة عشان اضطر يغير مسار الشحنه طبعا يطلب بطريقة مهنية وبس وصلت الاغراض اكتشفت اشياء كثير ناقصة كان وزنها واخذ ثمن شحنها وقاحة وقلة ادب يا ريتني وزنت الاغراض بس وصلتني . تواصلت معاهم واخبرتهم بالنواقص انكروا وقالو ما اخذو شي. ما انصح فيهم ابدا

Of course, it was requested in a professional way, but the items arrived. I just got it. I contacted them and told them about the shortcomings, they denied and said they did not take anything. I would never recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف اسمه جيمي، صراحة متعاون جدا و ممتاز جدا و عمل تغليف رائع للاغراض حوالي ٤٠٠ كيلو، المشكلة انو استلم الاغراض من الاهل بعد سفري و كانت الأغراض مغلقة. بعد استلامها من الاهل، قال لي انه يجب اعادة وضع الكراتين في كراتين جديدة اخرى و لكن رفضت طلبه و من ثم ابلغني انه غلف الكراتين المغلقة بتغليف قوي جدا. حينما استلمت الاغراض وجدت بعض الكراتين تم فتحها و وضع محتوياتها في كراتين اخرى و للاسف الكثير من المفقودات بشكل حذر لكي لا نلاحظ ذلك. معالق و شوك جديدة و غالية و مغارف و بكارج قهوة نحاس بلاطين رياضية جديدة و الكثير. و للاسف قد قالو ان كل شي استلموه قد شحنوه.
