وصلني (شاشة تلفزيون) فيها (شرخ)؛ من سوء الشحن وعدم مراعاة أن الشحنة قابلة للكسر.
لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيا. ??

ما أنصح به.يضيعون الشحنات، شغلهم طقها والحقها للأسف، ثقافة التخزين والنقل والسلامه غير موجوده،طريقة التواصل مع العميل كانه بيضارب اذا دق عليك، او يعطيك مس كول عشان انت تكلمه، واذا تأخرت شحنتك ما يتفاعل معك على الاقل مايتابع، صراحه ما أنصح بهم أبدأ، مضروووووبين.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مايعطونك وقت محدد للوصول. حسب مزاج السواق متى يطلع. مافيه تجاوب بالتليفون. تخزين الاغراض سيء جداً يحطونها بالشمس طول الفترة الى التوصيل. كنت اسمع انه جيد لكن لما رحت لفرعهم هذا تفاجأت بالوضع. مانصح احد يرسل اغراض تتأثر بالحرارة والشمس زي الزيت والتمر او الكريمات والعطور لانها راح تخرب بسبب التخزين السيء.

انا الي حدني عليه طلب المستلم ولا ما بتعامل معهم ابدا
و مو هذاك الفرق أخذو ع الشحنه ٣٠ ريال
سلمتها يوم السبت ولحد الان ما وصلت اليوم الاربعاء
