★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أستأجرت لمدة شهر وكانت الشقق جميلة ونظيفة يعيبها الصالة صغيرة ويعيبها عدم وجود مواقف سيارات كافية وأضطر أوقف عند المسجد على بعد 150 م تقريباً عشان ما أضايق الناس في مواقفهم الخاصة بالعمائر المجاورة العامل بشوش ومتساعد ، بشكل عام جميلة وسعرها مناسب مقارنة بالغرفة والصالة بالشقق الأخرى وبنفس السعر 2500 وزيادة غرفة ما شاء الله ? أنصح بالتعامل معهم والله يوفقهم .
I rented for a month and the apartments were nice and clean. The lounge was small and was defective due to the lack of adequate parking. I was forced to stop at the mosque about 150m. What bothered people in their positions is that the neighboring buildings are very busy and helpful. 2500 and increase the room what God willing ? I advise to deal with them and God will help them.

انا لم اسكنها ولكن رائيت المبنى والغرف
كان هناك الكثير من الملاحظات
هناك انظف واجود وبسعر اقل
ولهم كل الاحترام والتقدير
ولكن يحتاجون الى اهتمام اكثر وبالاخص الاستقبال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نمط الشقق من حيث الاثاث والمساحة جيد فقط المشكلة فى الموزع الداخلى (الصالة) فهو صغير حيث يشمل المطبخ ولا يوجد انترنت مجانى بالشقة ايضا مواقف السيارات غير كافي بعدد الشقق ، اما الشكل العام والصيانة فهى ممتازة والمدير المشرف ابو اسامة فوق الممتازة وقريب للغاية من المسجد
