لا يوجد أي شيء نظيف ولا خدمات الريحة سيه لايوجد توبه في المكان والا مناشف وإلا أبسط ادوات النظافة مكان وسخ يحتاج إلي أبسط مؤهلات النظافة والا فيه اي مرات إلي خدمة العملاء ....من الف إلي إلي تعبان التقيم صفر سي جدآ جدآ اهرب ولا ذنبك على جنبك مكان من الآخر سي جدآ
 C and worn out housing, watch out for the worst place to live
There is nothing clean and no services for the smell. There is no repentance in the place, no towels, otherwise the simplest hygiene tools. A dirty place that needs the simplest qualifications of hygiene. Otherwise, there are no times to customer service.... On your side, one place from the other will be very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاباس به واسعارهم معقولة مقارنة بالشقق الأخرى بالرياض وموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شي يحتاج إلى لمسات بسيطه وعناية اكثر بنظافة الغرف والحمامات
It is okay and their prices are reasonable compared to other apartments in Riyadh and an excellent location close to everything that needs simple touches and more care for the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع على شارع الملك عبدالله بجانبه مستشفى الدكتور محمد الفقيه ومقابله العثيم مول ومسجد ويعيبه لاتوجد مغسله قريبه منه اتمنى تفعيل خدمة التوصيل أو توفير ألة الغسيل والكوي ااما بالنسبه للغرف نظيفه واسعه وفيه بعض خدمات الطبخ وثلاجه وهيتر كهربائي
The location is on King Abdullah Street, next to it is Dr. Muhammad Al-Faqih Hospital, opposite to Al-Othaim Mall and a mosque, and it is defective that there is no laundry near it. I wish to activate the delivery service or provide a washing and ironing machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel & Staff is very good and supportive. Few minor things needs maintenance in room and washroom. Our actual hotel for 5 day's quarantine package was Myrtle hotel Riyadh but they shifted my family from airport to this subsidiary directly. Food quality is good but quantity is very good. Overall all its a better option for family quarantine.
