Staff were amazing, especially receiption, Nuha, and all very polite and helpful.
Very calming and soothing residence and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like your privacy this is the place! We loved our private garden and own heated pool. We had an excellent meal in the Butcher’s Den restaurant on our first night and they looked after us beautifully.
One criticism from our stay was our bed. It creaked so much we feared it might collapse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience from check in till check out was excellent. This was our first time stay but not the last . Service was par excellence from food , room service , butcher’s den , tswala. Staff is extremely professional and ready to help, with attention to details which made our stay memorable . Experience transports you to Africa as intended . A gift shop should be considered as an addition for taking home the souvenirs . African theme events would add a lot to the whole experience . Ambiance is great for a very relaxing time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reserved room was excellent, but unfortunately the service was really bad. They don’t treat you as a 5 stars resort. They take so much time to serve you and sometimes they just ignore you. I called them for check out as I needed help with the baggage, but no one came to me. I asked the staff for a bicycle he answered me by ‘I’m busy I’ll bring it after half an hour but he didn’t show up. I won’t repeat that experience again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this splendid place on January, 2021. To be honest, everything about this experience was above my expectations. It felt like I was outside Saudi. Stayed here for two nights. Costumer care was above average, the staff were wonderful. Will definitely come back??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a conference there. The staff was absolutely sensational, attentive in every way. The facilities are great, indoors and outdoors. The food throughout the event was also terrific. Well done all, and as big thank you to Walid, the Restaurant Manager overseeing the event. He went above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary the whole stay was pleasant the staff was amazing from the Saudi guys and lady on the reception to the housekeeping staff “Joyce” was amazing and she was lovely enough to take photos for me and my husband
We stayed at the Terrace villa it was good size amazing clean chilling pool the room was also very clean plenty of water, tea and coffee options
Two things that may need improvement is the restaurant experience, the breakfast was good but we had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was below average 3/10
The other thing is the staff working on cleaning the sidewalks or trails the use very noisy disturbing the beautiful atmosphere they were kind to turn it off once we asked them to do so but the resort must find a leas noisy way for cleaning.
All in all loved the experience and would diffidently come back. Recommend.
It felt very refreshing felt like we traveled to a beautiful relaxing place❤️
