الشقق قديمه والأسره لاباس بها جيده
الاستقبال خدومين
طبعا سكنت بها بسبب الزحمه وقله المتوفر هذا الاسبوع

The apartments are old and the beds are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرفة كبيرة والصالة برضو كبيرة وفيها مجلا ودرج مطبخ صغير قز عينين بالكهرب وغلاية بس تحس قديمة شوي وفيها ذر صغار في دورة المياة وفي الصالة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق قديمة تم ترميمها بشكل كبير كان اسمها الخزرجية على ما أظن ..
مناسبة أكثر للعزاب ولمن يريد إقامة قصيرة؛ يوم واحد؛ مثلاً..
مميزاتها : قربها من جامع قباء.. وكذلك نظافة السرير وأغطيته وملحقاته ونظافة الغرفة بشكل عام.. وتوفر جميع متطلبات النزيل بما في ذلك توفير المياه وأدوات الشاي؛ وأهم ميزة بطبيعة الحال السعر ؛ حيث تعتبر أقل الشقق في المدينة سعراً وهذا مطلب كبير في زمن الضرايب وهو سبب إقامتي فيها.
عيوبها : إزعاج الشارع العام بشكل مستمر.. ولكن أهم عيوبها حقيقة؛ دورات المياه فهي كارثية بمعنى الكلمة من جميع الجهات : الرائحة ؛ نوعية الكرسي؛ تصريف الماء؛ ابوابها التي لاتغلق ؛ الشطاف.. الخ؛ وأظن أنها لم تخضع للترميم كحال باقي العمارة.
ومن عيوبها حقيقة عدم توفر " الواي فاي" رغم ان موظف الإستقبال يصر على أنه موجود لكن أقمت فيها مرتين وفي غرفتين ودورين مختلفين ولا أثر له في الواقع؛ وإذا كان حجزك
عن طريق بوكنغ ربما تواجه صعوبة في الدخول وتأخير ؛ لكونهم يتعاملون بطريقة كتابة المعلومات على أوراق وليس عن طريق الجهاز ..
أتمنى لمالكها وموظيفها وزوارها كل التوفيق والخير.

السعر مقابل القيمة، يحتاج يقل السعر
موظف الاستقبال سجل على بوكينج عدم حضور وده يخليه ياخد المبلغ كامل، لكن تقدر تبلغ بوكينج بايميل
