★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very pleased with the staff, service and packages New Derma clinic offers.
the staff are helpful and very accommodating from reception to therapist.
The receptionist explained the service that I was looking into. After the session was done they also reminded us for the re- touch schedule.
The therapist made me feel comfortable as I'am going thru the session and give us great instruction for after care.
The facility of the building is clean and comfortable. They comply to safety precaution such as hand sanitizers , social distancing stickers. The toilet is also clean.
For a suggestion, during the treatment I hope that next time there would be a cover or a blanket provide to make the client feel some privacy rather than expose all the time.
Will definetly go back for another session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are not even answering the calls..I need to take an appointment for laser..Already paid in advance..I have been calling them since 9:15 pm due to Ramadan timings but no answer..They don’t even have courtesy to call back..when you go there without an appointment then they tell you take an appointment..how would I take an appointment when they don’t answer the call..Sorry to say but this shows how unprofessional they are….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with one of the nurse in this clinic, after an hour waiting i went to the laser room n then the nurse who did the laser for me was very rude n the way she talk n she treat me when do the laser was not good at all it took only like less than 5 mins n she treat me very bad like i came for free?she was very rush n just wanna go out from the room. Honestly i was shocked n sad at the same time after wht she did to me n then i told to the reception wht she did to me n that nurse she didn’t even say sorry, unbelievable ?btw it’s my first n last to come to do the laser here but wht i got bad 1st impression n bad experience!!!
