★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very amazing experience from reception to end of treatment. Attention to client’s need is apparent without the need for the client to speak. Needles to say, I a had/having a wonderful experience at the Kaya Skin Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve zero stars!!! Even though the receptionist was nice, the doctor was so condescending and rude… she was late 30 minutes and gave me a 5 minutes consultation.. worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid in advance for laser treatment, when I reached there the machine was not working and I asked them to cancel the session and give me a refund. they said its hard to get a refund and the manager is on vacation and we have to ask the head office in Dubai…. etc. so do not go there, and if you had to go DO NOT pay anything in advance , you will be trapped!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for 1:00 pm. Was given an option between 1, 1:30, and 2. Choose 1:00. Was told to show up 15 mins before the appointment since it is my first time. I should up 12:40, just to be kept waiting till 1:25! Finally checked with the receptionist who said the doctor was not in yet. Way to respect clients’ time. Extremely unprofessional.. I have been to the Kaya in Dubai and it was a very different experience.
If you value your time, don’t go to the Jeddah location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually write reviews but honestly this might be one of the worst services I’ve ever gotten from any place, the receptionists don’t treat you that well and would give you sass for no reason, they also kept overcharging and being too pushy on me to pay for a package treatment instead of what I regularly get. Wasted thousands of riyals on things that didn’t help my condition at all. Not to mention how they kept me waiting in the waiting room for 30-45 mins or sometimes hours in every single appointment and even had the nerve to tell me that the doctor didn’t arrive yet despite me coming right in the time I was scheduled for. They also called me multiple times forcing me to give them 5 stars like seriously? The nurses were the only ones that kept me sane in there. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend you coming there it’s not worth the time or money.

She shows genuine care towards the client and helps them understand the process along with ways to make sure optimal results are reached. By far my favorite nurse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the service provided by this clinic. The staff are very nice and accommodating. They even update and message me regarding my next appointments. Whenever there is a conflict in my schedule, they help me fix it. The lady who is treating me is really nice. I was afraid during my first treatment but she calmed me and assure me. Today is my third schedule to them and I can't wait to see better results. Overall, the clinic is excellent!
