★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for about 10 days. We were having a triple beds room. Hotel is not bad in the given budget. In fact the problem lies with its restaurant and shuttle service. Food provided at restaurant is not good enough as compared to the food provided by other restaurant in same price. While the shuttle service is nothing but a joke as it drops you after covering 700 metres and you have to walk about one kilometre to reach Masjid Nabvi and that too is provided during prayer timing only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel service. No management. Bedrooms having poor condition. Bus timings are also very short. Buses only move when prayer. At night no duty staff is there for your help. Even they dont attend the call. Bedsheets are very dirty. Blanket are also dirtly. Filth us every where in room. No room service at all. Bed bugs on the bed. Congested rooms. Poor lift system. You cant sleep at night due to bedbugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi facility is even limited to two floors only. Separate wash room is big issue for the families. Accommodation is okay. Cleaning room regularly is absent too. Blankets emit bad odour. It needs much improvements to get good standard.
