خدمة ممتازة بوجود موظف خدمة العملاء والموظف الذي في الواجهة بمساعدته للعملاء عكس بنوك الحوالات الاخرى ، صراحة يستحقون كل الاحترام والتقدير على تعاملهم
Excellent service, with a customer service employee and employee on the front with his help of clients, unlike other remittance banks. Frankly, they deserve all respect and appreciation for their dealings.

تعامل سيء جدا من الموظفين لا انصح بتعامل معهم بنك الانجاز للتحويلات افضل منهم بمراحل

زرت الفرع العوالي فوجدت اكثر الناس كلها شكاوي واتمنا ان الموضف يتواصل معي وسوف اخبره بجميع التفاصيل وسو الموظفين وعدم ادا واجبهم بكل امانه اما أنا ذهبت ونتضرت ٤٥ دقيقه ومن ثم غادرت دون أن احل مشكلتي
I visited the Al-Awali branch and found the most people, all of them with complaints, and I hope that the employee will contact me and I will tell him all the details about the employees and the failure to perform their duty in all safety. I went and waited for 45 minutes and then left without solving my problem

اسؤا فرع في المملكه العربيه السعوديه فرع قربان بالكامل عن تجربه تعرضت اليوم الخميس ١٤'٤'٢٠٢٢لاسؤ يوم بحياتي قام الشخص المنسق بعدم اعطاء ورق الحجز في البدايه اقصد الترقيم لاخذ الدور ادخل في الصف وبعد ذالك قام بخدمه العملاء الذين يرغبون التحويل فقط وعند سؤالي لماذا يتم التعامل هكذا قام بالرد تعليمات المدير وقام المدير من مكانه وجلس يصرخ ويصيح هذا هو نظامي مو عاجبك اترك المكان ويجيب مراجعه الكاميرات للتاكد من ذالك واطر به الامر الي ان جلس يصيح علي حارس الامن لاخذي خارج البنك وسط ذهول كل الموجودين الرجاء سرعه التحقيق ومراجعه كلامي واخذ حقي

Just three man on duty 1 security guard bank manager and 1 on counter You must be wait 2 hour for any small needs total waste of time 6 counter but one man on duty Other are just for show ment

Recently on morning I was there, I've planned to open an account. Because until now I didn't receive my salary, suddenly they asked me to pay or transfer 1000sr so how can I give it if I don't receive my salary. Until I'm begging the teller to re open my account so I'm failed.. He's in mind SYMPATHY not Emphaty. That guy he needs to know What is EMPATHISE! ????
