★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معاه تجربة مريره كملت شهرين عشان اخذ منهم خطاب إثبات مديونية، وهما يقولوا سبعة ايام عمل غير الجمعه والسبت وقبل ماتستلم الورقة بيوم يتصلوا عليك ويقولوا لك اي كلام عشان لاتاخذ إثبات المديونية ويقولوا لك راجع الفرع ولمن تراجع الفرع مايسلموك إثبات المديونية لأنهم اتصلوا عليك وترجع تطلب مرة ثانية إثبات مديونيه وتنتظر ٧ ايام عمل طبعا من غير الجمعة والسبت وعلى كدا يشهد عليا الله اني كملت شهرين لين ما استلمت الخطاب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة جدا سيئه وبطيئه من موظفين خدمة العملاء وفيهم برود العميل الواحد يجلس عندهم ساعه كامله عشان يخلص موضوعه لازم الاداره تدخل وتعدل الوضع السئ هذا
Very bad and slow service from the customer service staff, and one of them is cold. One of the customers sits with them for a whole hour to finish his issue. The administration must intervene and correct this bad situation.

عادة تحتاج لأكثر من زيارة عشان تنجز معاملاتك ، و في بعض الموظفين يتعذرون باعتذار غير صحيحة بالمرة .
هنالك موظف واحد فقط تحسة مخلص .
