★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in congested place, shelf spaces are narrow and parking is big issue here in batha. But it's always crowdy because it's the city center and most expatriate visit the area, especially in holidays. For cool shopping azizia is better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.
The persons who handling the baggage keeping area are with very rude personality. He was just mocking and barking to the customers with their language. And very very hard to make understand them anything we want. Really Pathetic staffs. Assign a staff at least he can read the numbers. I have seen only in the Batha store these kind of people. They treat the customers very badly at the entrance. The personnel in the food section he serving Biriyani/Fried-rice without hand gloves, he replied me like “if you want, buy or just leave” when I asked to him. Azizia and Malaz stores are much better than this. I hope the Management will look after this. Never suggest for the family customers bcoz of overcrowding and congested area. Always be alert at the Billing counter if you are alone and Rush time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcrowded place in the busiest and one of the most crowded area in Riyadh. Most of the shoppers are expatriates with very few locals. Discount offered around the years. While because of corona everywhere social distancing are maintained this supermarket has none. Too much people inside and most of them doesn’t care about social distancing, and the supermarket authorities have not seen taken any measures. Parking is a big issue. There is no free parking but paid parking is available with a very high price per hour basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since nesto is a famous Hypermarket in Middle East, their services are appreciated.But goods are bit expensive compared to the other supermarkets such as othaim, Lulu etc. But you can find varieties of goods than the above mentioned supermarkets. Specially vegetables, fish and meat. Further, their seasonal offers are really good. Electronic items Also available. I recommend to buy goods here other than textiles.
BTW, i wanted to take a few pictures of the prices and send it to my friends, but security stopped me and said that it is not allowed to take a pictures
