โ โ โ โ โ Bought rice. Look what I found inside the packet. Worst
part is, I wanted to return the item. They don't even apologies and asked me to go and find similar item and bring it. After 30 min I returned with other things that I had to buy and the customer service misplaced the actual item I had to return. So I said I need cash back. They kept me waiting with my little daughter for another 30min and have the money.
Spent 1 hour just for returning an item and no apologies at all from their side.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
There were two cashers and around 25 people need to check out. The cashiers were too slow and it seems the first day for both of them.
I have waited more than 25 minutes to get out with my groceries.
I hope the management solve this issue because it is getting worse.

This shop includes all household items from clothing and groceries. This shopping space in first floor Qaser mall. Parking available in basement and ground floor. Good track of record. Some unique products you will find which are not available in other markets. Good maintained and good service.
