★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايوجد مصداقية بالتعامل ولا انصح بدفع اي مبالغ قبل الاعتماد بشكل نهائي وتوقيع العقد!
تم طلب دفعه بمبلغ من 15% الى 20% من القيمة التقديرية للعقد بشكل مبدئي (بهدف المصداقية) حتى يرفع الفني القياسات ويحسب الكميات وتم التحويل من دون عقد(لم يتم عمل اي اوردر)..
وعندما تبين لي لاحقاً ان العينة لن تتناسب مع التصميم الداخلي للفيلا قررت الالغاء وتم رفض استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً رغم وجود سياسة للاسترجاع والاستبدال للاوردرات بعد وصولها من ايطاليا !! حيث كانت هذه السياسة مذكورة في عرض السعر المقدم لي !!
وبعد مماطلة من طرفهم لمدة شهرين تم استرجاع المبلغ..

It was requested to be paid in the amount of 15% to 20% of the estimated value of the contract initially (with the aim of credibility) until the technician raises the measurements and calculates the quantities and the transfer was made without a contract (no order was made)..
And when it became clear to me later that the sample would not fit the interior design of the villa, I decided to cancel and was refused to refund the full amount, despite the existence of a return and exchange policy for orders after their arrival from Italy!! Where this policy was mentioned in the bid submitted to me!!
After a two-month delay, the money was returned.
