★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتب غير واضح نهائياً، لايوجد لوحة أو معلم واضح للمكتب، فقط صورة هذا الباب داخل البناية في الدور الاول هو مكان المكتب، المفترض يوضع لوحة أقلها في مدخل البناية مثل المكاتب الأخرى في نفس البناية حتى يعرف الزائر بمكان المكتب.
العميل يرغب في مشاهدة أعمالهم أو عينات كاملة كأبواب أو قطاعات الومونيوم كاملة و لا أظن إن هذا الشيء متوفر في مكتبهم.
عند زيارتي للمكتب الساعة العاشرة صباحاً وسط الأسبوع وجدت المكتب مغلق و لايوجد فيه أحد و المفترض أن المكتب لايغلق ابداً أمام العملاء حتى لايفقدون الثقة في التعامل معهم.
طلب مني الموظف عند التواصل معه إبلاغه و إعلامه قبل الحضور لهم أو أن أعاود الحضور الساعة الواحدة ظهراً لأنه في أعمال خارجية، و أتوقع هذا الشيء غير مقبول للعميل لأنه سيفقد الثقة في التعامل معهم. فلا أعلم كيف سيتواصل العميل معهم بعد توقيع العقد إذا كان المكتب يُغلق بهذا الشكل.
سؤالي هنا هل أنتم سماسرة أم بالفعل يوجد لديكم مصنع يختص بكم لأن المعطيات على أرض الواقع تدلل على أنكم سماسرة.
هل يُعقل مصنع و شركة يكون مكتبهم في العاصمة بهذا الشكل.
