النظافة جيدة
الصيانة سيئة جدا ولايتم اصلاح المشاكل بحجة ان الصيانة تابعة لشركة اخرى
الاجهزة المستخدمة ضعيفة وكثيرة الاعطال بالرغم من انها لم تستخدم كثيراً
سخانات المياه صغيرة جدا ولا تكفي للاستحمام
يوجد تشققات كثيرة في الجدران
الارضيات زلقة جداً
انصح بالتدقيق وعمل تشييك كامل قبل استلام الوحدة وتوثيق المشاكل لكي لا يضيع حقك في التأمين المدفوع لأسباب تافهة ومتلاعبة
تقييمي نجمتين للموقع والنظافة واعتبره تقييم اكثر من عادل
The location of the building is good

The maintenance is very bad and the problems are not fixed on the pretext that the maintenance belongs to another company
The devices used are weak and frequently malfunctioning, although they were not used much
Water heaters are too small to take a shower
There are many cracks in the walls
The floors are very slippery
I recommend checking and doing a full check before receiving the unit and documenting the problems so that your right to the paid insurance is not lost for trivial and manipulative reasons.
My rating is two stars for the location and cleanliness, and I consider it more than fair
