★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where can I start? ! the most beautiful light filled and scenic luxury apartments in Jeddah, great safety features absolutely no complaints about ventilation the engineers have studied it well, the duplexes feel fresh all day and night, excellent staff attention and maintenance team, convenient access entry/ exit to the building as it’s located on the main road arteries , it’s such a blessing avoiding driving through those overcrowded and bumpy neighborhoods anywhere else, the neighborhood surrounding is very up and coming with all new branded restaurants and cafes opening daily , the views are spectacular watching the Jeddawi sunsets over the Red Sea never gets old, feels like a 5 star hotel, very easy to access Uber and package delivery as the building is a landmark in itself , highly recommended to expats looking for condo style privacy but with impeccable facilities... rent prices are extremely reasonable, downside is there is no pool but everything else makes up for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre building at its best.. Can’t open windows for natural ventilation, apartments angles are not well studied for sun exposure, some apartments have 0 direct sunlight.
Units at upper floors receive so much noise from the engines in the roof of the opposite tower and the roof of the same tower, minimal noise isolation, no peace and no quietness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consist of 2 towers; tower one 2 bedroom apartments and tower 2, 2 floor apartments (either 3 or 4 bedrooms). Apartments are for sale or lease; and prices differs on the view and/or floor.
In person I like the modern concept, apartment interior walls are made of wood which makes any design amendment easy. All kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, over, cooking stove and microwave) are built in, yet the fridge is a bit small .
So sunny as the whole building is glass, windows don’t open yet ventilation system is really good.
Management team are very organized, slight improvement measures can be taken, but nothing major.
In terms of security, receptionist are always available to check in either visitors or deliveries. You can only access your floor and 1st floor using your assigned card. Maintenance team are available upon request and availability but usually doesn’t take them long to attend.
The tower has gym, outdoor playground and seating area, indoor entertainment room and underground parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windows doesn’t open, pretty annoying. Seems that they’ve got a lot of fake reviews planted by enployees, one of the higher floors ya full on unsuitable for living due to the extreme generator noise from the opposite tower. Careful.
Other than this, a pretty luxurious building with nice amenities. But really, please, never ever build a building that has windows in which you can’t open.
I’d give them two stars but because, I see the fake employee reviews, I’d go for one lowers..
