Requirements should be clarified clearly to customers also reps should inform customers due date of requirements and how long should customer wait after last payment was deposited in company account.
I believe my experience with them was bad.

1- When Providing lease, Much user-friendly and process seems to be a very speedy without much complications.
2-During the lease period any accident happens Even thought we are having full insurance NCB Leasing asking to pay 2500SR.. its seems bit confused.
3- At the end of Final Payments and settlements, when transferring vehicle to the passenger - Process of Transfer seems very complicated and less information shared to a passenger who are gonna be owner.
Eg- As of today vehicle has been transferred to under our name still we did not received our Spare Key , Vehicle Documents, At lease which day we gonna get those things to us, Riyadh Khalid bin Waleed Branch did not given to us.. Very Disappointed after settlement of such a big amount with NCB Leasing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the procedure once you finish the lease from them transfer to you or other person.
1. You have to make the car MVPI/Fahas.
2. Second step make insurance to your name or other person. go to online tameeni.com
3. 3rd step pay the last payment for the car. then you have to go their to inform them. after that you will recieve sms from NCB that your request is under review. wait 2 to 3 days. once you received sms from them if approved. You have go their again to NCB they will take your Istimara, copy for Fahas/MVPI and Insurance to transfer from your name or other person. they will give you a papers acknowledge they receive the Istimara, under process transfer to your name or other person.
4. Just in case if you receive SMS NCB from them disapproved. you have to provide them the salary Certificate or Visa card. wait again 2 to 3 days.

But they close at 4.30. ??
Driving on this heavy traffic for half an hour to reach this location and finally when I reached it's closed .
Alhamdulilla I finished the contract with NCB for my car and it's time to close this account where we don't get better service compared with other back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever come through my life, When we ask them to do something they will send a request online and ask us to visit the branch some other day. What is the purpose of visiting the branch if they are sending request , we should have the facility to get all works done via net banking system. Visiting the branch shall only be to receive some documents. Totally upset with their service. Totally upset with NCB Banking.

They waste time of customers by not telling the whole process and requirements. Someone needs to supervise the employees.
I will never make any transactions with this branch again.
