م	منير علي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظافة وراحة .. وبشاشة موظفين الاستقبال ف الفترة المسائية .. صراحة ارتحت ف المبيت فيها .. السلبيات اللي بذكرها بسيطة ولكن يستاهلون ٥ نجوم رغم بعض السلبيات البسيطة ١: شبكة الاتصال ضعيفة في الشقق السفلية ٢: التكييف ضعيف Cleanliness and comfort.. and the screen of the reception staff in the evening period.. frankly, I was comfortable staying there.. The negatives I mention are simple But they deserve 5 stars Despite some minor drawbacks 1: The network is weak in the lower apartments 2: The conditioning is weak

M	Mohammed A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم حجز شقة بالتلفون وبعد وصولي لموقع الشقق بكل برود تم اخباري بانه لايوجد لديهم شقة فاضية وانني أخطأت بعدم مكالمة المصري او السوداني اللي في الاستقبال وان الذي رد علي لا يعلم شيء وافتى من راسه؟!! علما انه تم الاتصال على رقم التلفون المسجل في قوقل للاسف عدم اكتراث بالعميل وبالمشوار اللي يقطعه وفي النهاية حتى اعتذار لا يحصل عليه.
