★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل وتعامل ممتاز ونظيف وتعامل الموظفين راقي وبمجرد الاتصال يتم يرد والافاده والحجز ان امكن .
الهدوء جميل بالرغم من تواجده امام شارع شبه رئيسي والمواقف متوفره كذلك .
 Nice deal, excellent and clean treatment of the staff is classy and as soon as contact is given, advice and reservations are given if possible.
Quiet is beautiful, despite its location in front of a semi-main street, and parking is available as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيها حوالي ٤ أيام وملاحظاتي:
١_ عمال نظافه أقل من سيئ.
٢_ صراصير في حمامات الشقق .
٣_ السعر لا يناسب الخدمه المقدمه لأني سكنت في الشقه رقم ١٠١ أول شقه بجانب الاستقبال يعني vip
وللأسف ولكن كنت مجبر لقرب موقع الشقق من أقاربي .
٤_ موظفي الاستقبال عندهم حالة برود أو تطنيش ولا مبالاة .
وسبب استئجاري للشقه المميزه على قولتهم هو وجود حمام عربي بجوارها وهذا الحمام حتى اللي يمر ماهو ساكن يدخله ولن أزيد
والله يشهد
I lived there for about 4 days and my notes:
1_ Cleanliness workers are less than bad.
2_ cockroaches in the bathrooms of the apartments.
3_ The price is not suitable for the service provided because I lived in Apartment No. 101, the first apartment next to the reception, meaning VIP.
Unfortunately, I was forced to close the location of the apartments to my relatives.
4_ The reception staff are cold, sluggish and indifferent.
And the reason I rented the apartment, according to what they said, is that there is an Arab bathroom next to it, and this bathroom is even for anyone who passes by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق مفروشه تقع في الاحمديه بالرياض مقابل المرور من جهة الشمال الواقع على طريق جده السريع بعد الحي الدبلوماسي
وبصراحه نظيفه جدا وسعرها مناسب نزلت فيها بعد العيد استاجرت غرفتين واحده رئيسيه سرير كبير والاخرى سريرين وصاله ومطبخ ودوره مياه أكرمكم الله ب ٣٥٠ اليوم
