ليتكم تشوفون المركز الصحي حق جدة اهتمام ورعاية والمواعيد متاحة لين العصر وعيادات الاسنان وكل شي متكامل كأنك في مركز خاص من جمال تعاملهم حصلي موقف مع احد الممرضين بما اني جديدة واول مرة اجي المركز فطبيعي اكون تايهة واسأل الممرض يعطيني ظهرة ويمشي وحق الاستقبال اخلاقه في خشمة لا ذوق ولا اسلوب مع المراجعين والموعد بالقوة تحصله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الجميع متفق على سوء المستوصف ومع ذلك لم نجد المسؤول الذي ينظر لشكاوي الناس ويصحح مسار الموظفين المتعالين على المراجعين ولا تصحيح للخدمات المقدمه ولا تصحيح لمشكلة عدم توفر المواعيد.. ولي العهد يعمل ليل نهار من أجل تكون بلادنا في مصاف الدول المتقدمه وهؤلاء لايهمهم الا تعقيد الناس وعدم مواكبة رؤية ولي العهد حفظه الله!
نتمنى مسؤول يخاف الله ينظر لشكاوي الناس على هالمستوصف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جداً، وأول ما يستقبلك عندك موعد؟ لا، احجز من التطبيق والتطبيق مقفل مواعيد ما يحجز وتجي المستوصف تحصله فاضي. لدرجة اني دخلت عن طريق الطوارئ حقهم وبعد طباعة اشعار ما بعد الزيارة من التطبيق حصلت توقيت موعدي الساعة 3 العصر وانا زيارتي كانت الساعة 11 صباحاً من نفس اليوم، واعتقد هذا سر اقفال المواعيد (بسبب ان ضبط التاريخ والوقت في الرسيفير المركزي للمستوصف غير صحيح وربما مفتعل).
لمن يمتلك الرقابة على هذا المركز (لاتنس أنك ستسأل عما هو تحت مسؤوليتك والحقوق التي اضعتها)
