مستشفى خايس. تعاملهم وخدماتهم جداً سيئة.
يعطون مواعيد جداً كثيرة في نفس الوقت. مدة الانتظار جدا طويله. اغلب المراجعين كبار في السن ما يقدرون ينتظرون طويل. ك خدمات و تعامل ما انصح فيها.
Very bad hospital. Very bad service. They give many appointments at the same time. If you decided to come here good luck with the waiting time.
Khais Hospital. They treat them very poorly.
They give too many dates at the same time. The waiting time is too long. Most reviewers are older than what they can expect long. K services and deal what I advise them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عيادات العيون في المغربي بطيئة في الخدمة ويخلوك تنتظر ساعة عادي ماعندهم مشكلة ،،مافي تنظيم وعشان كشف عيون ينقلوك من غرفة لغرفة والممرضات هم اللي ياخذوا القياسات ? رحت عشان بس اكشف على نظر بنتي جلست ساعتين ماعاد اجي هالمكان ثاني حتى لو محتاجة??????
Eye clinics in Morocco are slow in service and they make you wait for an hour, they have no problem,, There is no organization and to detect eyes, they transfer you from room to room and the nurses are the ones who take measurements ? I went just to check my daughter’s eyes I sat for two hours and I don’t come here again even if I needed ???? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت موعد فحص مع الدكتور معن بري استشيره بخصوص عملية تصحيح النظر، علماً بأني عملت فحوصات في مركز آخر وابلغوني أني غير مؤهل للعملية بناءً على الفحوصات اللي اجريتها.
بعد عمل الفحوصات اللازمة طلبت من الدكتور معن مقارنة نتيجة الفحوصات لديهم بنتيجة الفحوصات لدى المركز الآخر ولكنه رفض بحجة ان اجهزتهم احدث؟!
وللأسف ما جلس معايا الدكتور معن دقيقتين وترك الغرفة وخرج وقام مساعده بشرح الحالة والخيارات العلاجية، على الرغم من ان حجزي لدى الدكتور معن ولو اردت اي طبيب آخر لحجزت بنفسي؟!
بعد اصراري قام المساعد بمقارنة نتيجة الفحوصات بالنتائج القديمة واخبرني انها متقاربة جداً..
البيئة ايضاً كانت جداً مشتتة حيث ان الممرضات يقاطعون الدكتور وهو يشرح لي الحالة ويقفون بيني وبين الدكتور يستخدمون الحاسب ويتحدثون مما يسبب تشتيت هائل..
الخلاصة، تجربة سيئة جداً ولن تتكرر..
I booked an appointment for an examination with Dr. Maen Berri to consult him regarding the vision correction process, knowing that I had done tests in another center and they told me that I was not qualified for the operation based on the tests I had done.
After doing the necessary tests, I asked Dr. Maan to compare the results of the tests they had with the results of the tests at the other center, but he refused, on the pretext that their equipment is newer?!
Unfortunately, Dr. Maan did not sit with me for two minutes and left the room and went out and his assistant explained the situation and treatment options, even though I was booked with Dr. Maan, and if I wanted any other doctor, I would book myself?!
After my insistence, the assistant compared the results of the tests with the old results and told me that they are very similar.
The environment was also very distracted as the nurses interrupted the doctor while he was explaining the situation to me and stood between me and the doctor using the computer and talking, which causes a huge distraction..
In conclusion, a very bad experience and will not be repeated..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ مستشفى مر علي ياليت ماجيته .. سويت عملية ليزر عند الدكتور معن قالو لي اسبوعين ويتحسن نظرك بالتدريج المهم انتظرت شهرين و لاتحسن حتى 1٪ وحجزت موعد ورحت لهم قالو ادفع حق الكشفيه 356 ريال و اشتكيت للاداره وعطوني ورقه اروح افحص النظر وقالو نظرك 6/6 قلت انا ماشوف قالو الفحوصات تبين عندنا ان نظرك 6/6 قلت انا ماني فاضي امزح معكم النظر عندي تعبان مافادت العمليه المهم صرفوني بقطرات ب233 ريال وطلعت وحلفت معاد اجيهم و انصح بعدم زيارة المستشفى لاتندمون زيي .
The worst hospital I’ve been through, I wish Majitah.. I had a laser operation with Dr. Maan. They told me two weeks and your eyesight gradually improved. The important thing is that I waited two months and did not improve even 1%. I booked an appointment and went to them. They said pay the scouting fee of 356 riyals and I complained to the administration and they gave me a paper to go check your eyesight and they said 6/ 6 I said I don't see, they said the tests showed us that your eyesight 6/6 I said I am not empty joking with you, my eyes are tired. The operation did not help. The important thing is that they spent me with drops for 233 riyals.
