★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق نظيفه واذا اتصلت عليهم يردون ..العيب الوحيد اللي اشوفه هو ريحة الحي وانه ماهم حاطين لوحة اعلان ..المكان الصراحة يستاهل الزيارة

اخذت شقه غرفه ومطبخ وحمام ب 2375 ريال
طبعا شهر لزم تكمل 25 يوم لكي يحسب لك بهذا السعر .. اذا اخذت 25 يوم يرجع لك الباقي واذا زدت عن 30 يوم تحاسب اليوميه بنفس سعر الشهر تقريبا 80 ريال
المصري بالاستقبال متعاون جدا واسلوبه جدا جدا محترم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة مقبولة والنظافة ممتازة والمكيف ممتاز والنت سريع والمراتب جيدة اخذت عنده شقة شهر ب ٢٢٠٠ ريال
يعيبها انها امام حديقة حيوان الملز فا زوار الحديقة يوقفون في مواقف العمارة مع قلة توفر المواقف في نفس الحي خصوصا في الاجازات انسى تلقى موقف بسبب زوار الحديقة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hotel is the location was closer to the place i needed to go for 2 days. hence I chose this hotel apt for my stay. but the experience was not very good. The staff is very weird, does not speak a word of english and they really really are unorganized. I booked the room and informed them about my arrival time way before. Still when I arrived, they did not have a room ready for me. Once again had MAJOR communication issues as they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. So I would say if you can speak arabic and have nowhere else to stay in Malaz, Riyadh. then you should consider this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed 2 months and they didn’t clean the room even once. I have requested several times and every time they promise and never clean. It’s not worth paying them. Very bad staff and poor attitudes. There is a useless Egyptian to ruin your stay. Don’t trust their positive reviews.
