★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نادي صحي رياضي يوجد بها عدد من الخدمات الرياضيه وكذلك صالات الرياضه صالات اللياقه وكذلك يوجد في تمارين سويديه وكذلك يوجد فيها عدد من الاجهزه للتمارين الحديد و تمارين بناء الاجسام وكذلك يوجد فيه مسبحين مكان تغيير الملابس يوجد في مساحه جميله موقع جميل يستحق الزياره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي حلو وجميل ومرتب بس فيه حاجات غير جيده مثل غرفة نبديل الملابس عباره عن خشب متكسر والخزانات بدون اقفال ولايوجد صابون او اي شي وباقي الامور زينةً

-الأشتراك للشهر بـ200 ريال وهذا شي ممتاز.
-الأجهزة حديثة وجديدة ومتكاملة.
-المساحة واسعة وتوجد صالة خاصة بالكارديو معزولة عن الحديد.
-لا يوجد بالنادي قروبات يتمرنون تمرين واحد بحيث يشغلونك ع الجهاز وهذا أهم شي وأفضل شي.
عيوب النادي:
- يقفل 11 ونص وهذا اسوء شي "معليش ترى نادي مو مخبز تميس" ?
- مدرب الحديد دايم طالع وغير موجود ف المبتدئين ضايعين صراحة كل واحد يخربط تمرين من راسه.
- التكييف ضعيف.
- مافيه غرف تبديل ملابس ، فيه بس عند المسبح غرفتين تغطى بستاير بأي لحظة ممكن ينهتك سترك ?
- المراوش ايضاً تابعه للمسبح ، فمايمدي تتروش تعال من بيتك لابس وتروش ببيتك افضل.
- الاوزان بالباوند وحديد البار قليل.
