- سمي بالجبلين نسبةً إلى جبال أجا وسلمى
- وضع حجر الأساس لنادي الجبلين بمقر النادي الحالي مساء يوم الخميس ١٦ / ٥ / ١٤٣٤ هـ
- أول إدارة برئاسة الأستاذ فهيد الحميدان الملاقي (يرحمه الله)
- أول ملعب أنشئ بالقرب من محطة عبد الله القاسم البغدادي في عام ١٣٧٩ هـ
- أول مقر وملعب لنادي الجبلين في عام ١٣٨٨ هـ
- الآن ٢٠٢١ م .. يلعب في دوري الأمير محمد بن سلمان للدرجة الأولى
- الآن .. يرأسه بالتكليف : محمد السيف

Al-Jabaleen Club was officially established in 1379 AH - 1959 AD
It is called the two mountains in relation to the mountains of Aja and Salma
Laying the foundation stone for Al-Jabaleen Club at the current club headquarters on Thursday evening 5/16/1434 AH
- The first department headed by Professor Fahid Al-Humaidan Al-Malqi (may God have mercy on him)
The first stadium was built near Abdullah Al-Qasim Al-Baghdadi Station in 1379 AH
- The first headquarters and stadium for Al-Jabaleen Club in 1388 AH
- Now 2021 AD .. He plays in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for the first degree
- Now..it is headed by commission: Muhammad Al-Saif
