★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be as honest as possible. And my review will be during my time on hajj 2016.
The distance from hotel to haram is 15 minutes walk in rush. You have a variety of shops around the hotel.
The hotel is located in Misfalah area, its decent and has a no major issues everything worked as it should and they have UK power sockets that actaully work and dont give your a electric shock.
The lifts can be dangerous as they close on you ramdomly when you walk in so make sure the 1st person in holds the door open button to let the rest in
Rooms are slightly dated but do have AC, a fridge, kettle, desk and draw to hang clothes up.
Food variety is not great, so i would not advise a package that includes food, beacuse i got food with my package i wasnt complaining. There are plenty of food places near by and next door.
Overall im a person who came to makkah to make the most of praying so as long as i got a decent room to sleep in i was happy. And thats what you get with this hotel, anything with more luxury you need to look elsewhere.

No one is taking responsibility to provide service to haji.
When we came even drinking water was not even available. Even after asking they all were busy in gossiping but in responding to haji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel take 10 to 12 mint @ masjid Al Haram. But way fie only available in Hall and also bad quality of way fie net.need so much improvement like Wi-Fi not available in rooms, bell boy not available, and only rooms cleaning when you say otherwise they are not cleaning the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable price. .. you get what you pay for. The meals in the hotel are not so bad but there will be not much to choose from otherwise is very filling. 10 min walk to Haram Sharif and plenty of shops to get what you need from toiletries to food of different varieties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and modern. Though it is almost 10-15 minutes walking distance from Masjid Haram, this place is at a reasonable distance. The staffs are very unprofessional. My suggestion for all the visitors- don't rely on hotel staffs for any assistance. Make sure to confirm all your amenities from your travel agent. Overall good stay, but if you prefer to stay near masjid, then go for other hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel to stay. I had been there for umrah with my whole family. Room service was nice too. They have large space for having lunch/dinner. We could use the space though we bought food from outside. Their lobby is also big with free wifi.
