★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I don’t usually comment or rate but after so many disappointing experiences with gel extensions and trying their organic nails 3 weeks ago I have to say I’m extremely impressed with the results - to start off their staff are extremely friendly and professional but to me that was not a key concern as I’ve been to different nail spas with perfect attitude but very disappointing results. I’d usually pay over 800sr for gel extensions that would not last a week or even days in some cases and I had to try a different place each time in hopes of getting a decent result. Even though the girls have assured me their organic nails would last 3 weeks or longer I was very skeptical but now I think this would definitely be my go to spa

I have tried more than one salon, and none had this proficiency in doing nails, especially Gel Extensions which look & feel absolutely natural.
The Nail Specialist Mrs. Mari is the best at doing her work, she does it with passion, I would never go to any salon except Mermaid Spa after my experience yesterday.
I felt like a princess, getting myself pampered.
I cant forget the receptionist, who was very kind and respectful.
Thank you Mermaid Spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying it with a friend for 2 classic pedicures. So I can only speak to the pedicure service.
-The front desk/reception staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer care!! ?
- the space was cozy, clean, relaxing and elegant. ??
- as for the actual pedicure: We had Mariam and Natasha. Each had a different approach and worked at significantly different paces. Natasha seemed uncomfortable providing the service and not as sensitive to the customer’s comfort.
I really wanted to like this place. But unfortunately, the service was sub par. I hope to see them grow and have service providers provide better spa services.
