★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally THE WORST facial/waxing experience ever. I completely hated the Philippino tech she was rude and so unprofessional.
Check in and reception is great, the Moroccan bath is also amazing.
Since being new to Saudi Arabia I decided to give this place 3 chances, all 3 times check in and reception were great and the Moroccan lady doing the baths was great as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place to pamper yourself. I've tried their all most all services and they are perfect. The most beautiful thing is that the way they welcome the clients and the way they behave... Awesome ❤️ And the price is always reasonable.. Once you get inside the salon you will be relaxed.. I'd recommend the hair beautician "Shima" to every client for any hair service, Nadia is fantastic for Moroccan Bath and there are many other beauticians who are fabulous in their jobs... Oh I love to do relaxing massage over their, sometimes I even take an hour and half to have message... Their beauty products are up to date and well known brands... As a client you just go there, tell them what you need and then relax and feel like a princess ??... Take my words as granted ❤️ you won't regret ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming, offering everything to assure my satisfaction.
I started by cutting my hair, trimming the edges, she was listening to my requests and gave my exactly what I wanted.
Then eyebrows threading, she didn't ask what would I like or anything, she just started and when she finished i was a bit surprised, she took away almost all of my eyebrows and they weren't identical, I tried to show her the difference to fix them but was worried she will take out more so i stopped.
After that came the mani padi, was good but not the best I had, I got the feeling she was in a hurry even though there was no one after me. I must say i like her nails trimming, she shaped them real pretty.
Finally the message, the best service i had that day. Very relaxing and a real stress relief.
Overall, i gave them my complains and suggestions and they were very helpful and understanding, so i would give them another visit.
