★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless staff, appointments are waste of time. Comparing other BMW services in other countries to this place is a joke. Even if you have one question the car engineer is so busy he wants you to leave the car a single day just to resolve a small issue. Thanks for YouTube I was able to solve it easy. I'm so thankful my service contract is about to end to never visit this place again!

Everybody rejected me because I came 30 mins before closing,
Mr. Muhammad Safeer accepted me with grace!
