Timing is the worst
If you have an appointment you have to spare half day.
No one is picking the phone (For the last 3 years)
Range Rover deserves much better CS, location and more staff to cover the load.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service is one of the worst in here the maintenance branch is a disaster it's not equipped for a VIP customers its more like "Haraj", from the bad treatment to the sky rocketing prices to the delay in taking and delivering your car , Range Rover brand have nice cars but if you live in KSA try something different because you will suffer here.

If there was any other service I would go there... Very very bad...
Work partially completed and more damage made in proceea... Price... 1000$ for oil changing.
I think that saa enouth...
By fixing programing of gearbox.. Side glovebox damaged. Not all postering returned..
Got the car back with brakes not working... After cimplaining thay returned it... Brakes still not in order.. Thay will put your life in danger in short.
Worst service and most expencive I have ever ever wisited...
If you want to be robed and insulted go to this service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always call their service nukber and the branch number in order to get any info about my car but no response at all this company and the workers are the worst to represent Jaguar and Land Rover here i dont know why they have offices and no one is picking the line up this is so upsetting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected fast service especially for battery failure but takes more than 10 days. Road assistance service was good and responsive to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish! The car coolant overheated so I stopped. Roadside said they will send a tow truck, and made a service appointment the next day. The tow truck was late and by the time we arrived to the service center they said we missed the the appointment! Now (2 hours later and we are still waiting). BTW the car broke down with the same symptoms for the 3rd time within 9 months!
Absolute garbage!
P.S. the door says 8 am to 1:30 PM however they actually comeback at 2 PM :D
Loads of fun dealing with those people!
