★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البرنامج لا بأس به ولكن خدمة بعد البيع سيئة للفاية ...غير حريصين على ارضاء العميل بقدر سعيهم الدائم لجمع مال عن طريق تذكرة الدعم ...ادارة المبيعات تختفي بعد اتمام الصفقة وطاقم العمل بالدعم قليل وغير متكافيء مع حجم العملاء ....لا انصح بهم للتعاقد على برنامجهم
The program is okay, but the after-sales service is very bad ... they are not keen on satisfying the customer as much as they always seek to collect money through the support ticket ... the sales department disappears after the completion of the deal and the support staff is few and not equal to the volume of customers .... No I advise them to contract their program

3 month to solve small problem , no body answer , technical support out of Saudi Arabia. all manager not answer . It was a wrong decision when we dealt with them.

Going to change the Microtec very soon. Wrong selection and wastage of 2 years hard work. Do not go for this company or software
Very very very bad customer support.
If your critical system (like invoicing) has problem, they dont care about it and take long time to solve
You can not create or check your complaint tickets only their staff will create the ticket and after 24 hours some one from Mirotec will call you at his/her convenience with out any regards to your problems.
Take alot of time to solve smallest problems.
Service staff don't understand english.
POS system screen is not secured and operator can change the numbers on the screen.
POS system does not have inventory.
Our POS is not printing invoices anymore and they are asking to pay AMC payment just to fix the basic functionality.
Bank statements do not generate correctly.
Reporting system is very bad, many reports needs modification and they are not interested to do it.
Selecting Microtec was a wrong decision, going for new ERP.
