- The ticketing officer is Indian (His Business car is attached) and very polite gentleman.
- I guess its very old travel agency since am seeing from 2008.
- They do group bookings and individual bookings.
- Ticketing supervisor Mr. Abdul Khaleq is very helpful and tries his best to meet the passengers requirement. ( He is available on/off duty for his customers).
- If you need international driving license they can make it for you.
- They also arrange hotel reservation and special packages.
- If you need higher discount or good price you can approach the Egyptian manager Mr. Essam and if there is chance he will help you out.
- Highly Recommended.

He is so professional, cooperative & very clear in finding the best possible solution for your travel that the moment you start dealing with him, you take a back seat feeling confident & relaxed that your itinerary is in safe hands.
