Very nice feeling of visiting the place where the King stayed. It's preserved very well. Some of the artefacts, one must go and see. It's an amalgamation of modern and the classic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful landmark with scenic pathways winding through beautifully sculpted gardens. Water features add an otherworldly effect to the place especially at sunset. Museum was closed due to pandemic but looked interesting.
Difficult to find ones way around as sign board are either absent or have wrong info. Difficult to find public toilets and when we did find it,wasn’t very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's mindblowing to imagine that King Abdulaziz used such a basic and humble (yet beautiful) palace as his residence and court from 1938 until his death in 1953. A visit today also reminds of the impressive journey the country has taken since then.
Entry is free but the museum temporarily closes during prayer times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the interesting places around Riyadh - a repository of artifacts and historical records of the Kingdom. Every tourist should not miss out this palace. Open spaces inside the palace is also an attraction; also good for picnic and gathering of families and friends. It's an awesome spot for weekend leisure, especially for the kids. ?
