staff is very good.
specially Mr. Faisal, he has the best hospitality and customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel.
I stayed for one year during lockdown in this hotel and received very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, very reasonable rates, the reception guys are very helpful especially Mr.Faisal of Lucknow. Can change the toilet tiles and fittings. Spacious rooms. Very near to restaurants. Shops and pharmacies are nearby. Taxis are easily available.
