New.
Good sized rooms but bathroom small in size.
Bathrooms clean and with toiletries.
Neat and tidy place.
Covered car parking also available.
Friendly front desk staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnished apartment with good service. Receptionist is not good in english, must know arabic language neat and clean rooms and building. Parking available at ground level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were good & spacious . Facilities provided were adequate. Internet was good . There is smart tv also . Only problem was the bathroom which was very small for a service apartment. There was another issue of water getting clogged in the bath area .

No soap
No cleaning staff are coming for daily services till you complain.
No tissue box and no tea or coffee.
No toilet tissue paper.
For garbage disposal needs to call reception.
But advance payment are taking for their security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent deal. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary utilities there are. They have free wifi for everyone which is exceptional if you ask me (speeds over 80mbps). They have enough parking all around the hotel. The location is almost in the heart of jeddah, very accessible. Their tuckshop or the bar is kinda expensive but there are shops all around so you can suite yourself. 2 rooms (attached bathrooms) with lounge for a month in only $1300 equivalent to 5000 sar.
