Frankly, I was confused about five or four stars...! I tried it twice before evaluating it, first I took a bite and it was delicious and I think it is the best taste in the region. The other time I brought my brother with me to order several basic items until I put the final assessment. I ordered: two cheeses, liver and cream, and here are the details. The licking, as I mentioned before, is excellent. As for the liver, frankly, I am not an expert in liver, so I cannot judge whether it is fresh or frozen (imported), but the authenticity of the way it is cooked for the liver is difficult to describe, whether it is spices or fresh vegetables and leaves that make the liver dish on top. And the last thing is Al-Masoub...! And what do you know about what Masoub is... The most important thing to me about Masoub is the cream (cream??) Yes, the cream if it is cream...!! It is not possible to buy Masoub from any store whatsoever... So I bring you good tidings to the people of Maasoub and its lovers. This restaurant uses thick cream in its Masoubeh. The only thing that I did not like is the tammis, the workers are Yemeni. If they focused on their famous bread in Yemen called moleh, it would have been better for them than the tammis, which is difficult for non-Afghans and Pakistanis to master. I wish the workers to discuss the subject of (Al-Mawaleh) and add it and adopt it as a basic bread, unlike the tammis, which I do not see the need for its presence as it was not prepared in an excellent, professional and original manner.
