★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمتهم جيدة لكن أصبحت. الاحظ بالفترة الأخيرة عدم تنفيذهم لكافة بنود الباقة أيا كانت.. وأيضاً محاولتهم تخويف الزبون لتغيير القطع واستغلاله.. لكن للأمانة كل ماذكر لم أشاهده إلا بفرع بترومين الاطاولة
Their service is good but I have become. Note the recent period not to implement all the items of the package whatever .. And also their attempt to intimidate the customer to change the pieces and exploitation .. But to the Secretariat everything I did not see only the branch Petromin table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لوحظ في الآونة الاخيره ان فرع الاطاوله تظهر عليه علامات الاهمال واللامبالاه
فاأنا عميل لديهم من اكثر من سنتين ولا يتم تغيير الزيت الا لديهم
لكن اهمالهم في التشييك واخبار العميل في بعض الامور هو السائد
اضافة الى محاولة استغلال العميل
كما ينقص الموظفين بعض مهارات التعامل مع الجمهور والعنايه بالعميل
It has been noticed recently that the branch of the table shows signs of neglect and indifference
I have been a customer with them for more than two years and only they have the oil changed
But their neglect in checking and informing the customer in some matters is the norm
In addition to trying to exploit the customer
The staff also lacks some skills in dealing with the public and taking care of the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان لي زيارة لهم يوم امس الاحد ٢٣ رمضان ١٤٤٣هـ صراحة التغيير واضح للافضل من ناحية التعامل والمصداقية والاهتمام بالعميل وشرح مشاكل المركبة بشكل مفصل وكذلك الفاتورة وذلك بسبب وضع تقييم للعميل في كل زيارة
I had a visit to them yesterday, Sunday, 23 Ramadan 1443 AH, frankly, the change is clear for the better in terms of dealing, credibility, attention to the customer, and explaining the vehicle’s problems in detail, as well as the invoice, because of the evaluation of the customer in each visit
