★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with my first dentist appointment. Will never ever comeback.
Why?
1- appointment at 4:40, they let me in at 5:20ish, after complaining.
2- my dentist , Akram, snapped at me and told me to be quiet and that my pain is not real but rather a psychological idea. What? I told him I am the one who’s feeling the pain not him, therefore he has no right to tell me whether or not my pain is “real”.
3- he literally stopped working in the middle to snap at me in a very disrespectful way when I asked him politely to try be gentle with the tool he was using.
4- he told me I’m old, I’m not in my 20s , and that’s why it hurts! this is so shameful on you .
5- After finished, he started apologizing to me and was asking me to not compare the service here in Saudi to the one I’m used to in other country, he said “we’re Arabs.. we are not on time hahah”. Stereotyping people and cultures is the worst thing you can hear from your dentist,
6- my gum still hurts after 7 hours from the cleaning.
I’m a Saudi woman, and I will never accept nor tolerate such a masculine careless behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this hospital. They will try to steal as much money as they can. Parking are not available. If you are in a wheelchair you will have no access. All doctors are from egypt and are not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital with poor management that reflects on employees performance they assign doctors to be customer care representative and answer the calls to act one mission only, trying to book many appointments as they can, I just want to ask about when the accountant he leave his office to visit him from Makkah accompany with bank account report as they requested me and restore my money after their failure when they make double payments due to network issues, the appointments care doctor doesn’t knows when the accountant usually finish his work and suggest that to from me to assign anybody from my side to come and do so instead me, finally I have bad experience inside the hospital specially in dermatology, surgery clinics and receptionists and I think that would be included entire hospital departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and receptionists are excellent, but the nursing staff members need sooooo much improvement , they also need to work more on respecting the appointment timings of the operations and work more on electronic communication with patients. In addition, the building is too old, they should move to a better building and find another better location with parking lots

They try their best to steal money as much as they can, especially covid patients don't go there, they will keep them in the ICU, just to get money from the Ministry of Health, even if it's negative they will change to positive to get money!!!!!!!
