No organization. Nobody knows who’s doing what and where anyone is. Everything is unprofessional and chaos. I would not be surprised at accidents occurring during treatment and surgery, given these conditions. My father went in for a hernia surgery at 12 pm and it is past 5 and he’s still not out. Nobody even knows where he is and I’ve had several nurses come in inquiring where he went, like I would know! I asked a nurse at the desk and she is visibly frustrated telling me that they will call me when he is done. That was the final straw. You do not know or are not letting me know where my father is and you have the nerve to get angry and passive aggressive? This is pathetic. Edit: the doctors we dealt with were very good and professional and many nurses were friendly and helpful. Changing to 3 stars (from 1) for their sake.

I went to THE EMERGENCY. Waited almost FIVE HOURS with symptoms of meaningitis and a trauma to the head due to fainting, the reception employee is so rude and may get you hypertensive just by the way he talks to you, you want to know when it's gonna be your turn? They can't even tell you that, you may wait for 8h,10h, 24h.. Who knows, the whole place have ABSOLUTE ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, they don't allow you to even wait in the waiting room(which was empty) , they send you to the back to an old classroom that's full of dust!!! I honestly couldn't wait more than 5 hours in such a tilting environment while suffering from that painful trauma, if im gonna die i would prefer to die in my home rather than an empty dirty room alone in a place that pretend to be a hospital.

Worst hospital ever! Especially the ER department. Waited for 7 hours without proper treatment plan then left with the cannula in! Nurses and doctors are so rude. Too many students will come to ask you a load of questions then disappear! Doctors don’t read patient files and you will have to repeat your symptoms 10 times. No professionalism at all. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

This hospital have qualified Doctors, Management wise they are very weak and there is no coordination between departments. my grandmother was in the internal medicine department and needed to do an x ray. Nurses where very harsh carrying her from her bed to the wheelchair, really bad she was in pain!! Took her to the x ray room and the room was not ready, nurses decided to leave her on the court doors for an hour, ppl passing in this time (coronavirus), later on they came and figured that the X-ray room was not ready and took her up and moved her to her bed the same harsh way.

It is a state-owned university hospital with different level of international and local accreditation from different authorized medical healthcare entities, including USA, Canada and Australia. It is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia accessible to all residents and citizens serving and complimenting all patients who are in need of their medical services. Saudi staff and expats staff held on hand together to achieve its mission and vision set forth by the governed authorities. Healthcare is a primary concern in this country and they have not only this hospital but there are still several other government-owned facilities scattered all over the kingdom. They made sure that their services reached their people in collaboration with different government bodies to achieve their primary goal which is health.

One of the worst hospitals around. If you want to just wait, wait and wait and not get consulted then go there. Limited seating. Absolute zero management skills. It does not even treat its employees with courtesy. ER and 3+ hours Waiting, does that even match, no one there even cares about you.
