★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the hospital is good but mostly of the staffs are very rude.. U just want to ask the nurse what's the update of your patient because she is old and mostly she forget things.. She started to say sorry I am busy I'm giving medications.. Then I waited just in front of the nurse station another nurse wanted to kick me off with me doing anything bad and just waiting for her nurse to finish giving medication.. Visiting time is 5pm to 8pm and she wants me to wait outside.. She asked me to wait inside the room but apparently other female relatives came and a respect to let them talk all females only.. Then waited outside of the room.. Main point is she could just say it nicely and not aggressively but no.. She spoke like I have done a crime or a sin.. No respect for visitors and relatives without even doing wrong to her.. Not 1 staff but more than 1 staff have no respect and doesn't care on their patient.. A patient doesn't only pertain to who u care but patient is treated wholly along with her family..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 5 pm until 4 am and still just waiting. I have a gallstones and they only took blood tests and xray in like 10 minutes. Afterwards, just waiting 5 hours for results and ultrasound. And yup I'm still waiting. What a disaster ER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital infrastructure is well design. The staff is on time working professional. I visited for Blood Donation but unfortunately the declaration form was in Arabic language and English was not available. I tried so hard to get it translated with other Arabic Speaking Patients. I do not prefer it unless you are in hurry or near by to this hospital. Jeddah has a lot of Hospitals services are excellent among them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im so ashamed to be Saudi with this public facility they call a hospital is still running where to start the staff are beyond horrible everything is old and just low quality and it’s barley survived 10 years now since opening!! In my whole 29th years of existence iv never came across such rude horrible nurse yelling at patients she was at the “24 hrs care facility” outside of the hospital there were 2 nice nurses one with niqab and a black nurse they were professionals, not the third one she was extremely unstable her shift started at 2022-6-07 12AM she started her shift by yelling at patients everyone was shocked!! she needs to seek a therapist because that was outrageous, they think they have a law protecting their rude behaviors but they don’t know we filed a compliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By God's oath, the health related arrangements that I have seen till date are the best in the whole country. But I have to say with great sadness that the action and way of talking of the nurse station of east jeddah hospital accident and emergency ward is very wrong. Here, on speaking to a knowledgeable person, a nurse from the nurse station who looked a little older, addresses people with dirty words. You are requested to take appropriate action against such people and maintain your good image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors especially the consultants are not fully committed to the patients. I know a patient who has been admitted there for almost a week and she said that everyday no doctors are coming for the past 3 days. They only come during admission. They are ordering everyday blood works but the patients never knew what are the results. They are doing all the procedures but still they cannot diagnose properly. The Doctors here needs a lot of training. The consultants are always at home and the residents on call will just call them if they need something. They’re not staying in the hospital. Even the specialist doctors are only sleeping through the night.
