★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is alright, the medical stuff is below average, the service given is kinda poor, the hygiene is awful, front desk clerks are careless & gross, the insurance department is very slow, but Mr. Yaser Al-Mansoury is so welcoming, patient, dedicated,helpful, and efficient that he should have been working for a better hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a knee arthoscopy...Worst hospital for inpatients...nobody will be present at the front desk...refrigerator and tv doesnt work..water is stagnant in washbasin...
After surgery they dont provide fresh and warm food...they provide cold food after asking so many times..no water in room..
