★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to your new branch in Khamis Mushait , Al mussa district ( فرع حي الموسى - الجديد ) at 8.40 AM it was closed And an employee told me we will open at 9Am ???????? , Ok i left & went back on 9.10 Am they are still closed ???? . I saw the employee behind the window who told me to wait for more time , I waved to him that i only want coffee he waved back we don't have coffee ??????? . I was really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you're hungry this is the best solution... affordable food items ... near to my work place.. but sometimes they will ask us to buy from the window of drive thru and it happens to me for 3 times which I don't like ... as you are together with the cars on queue... grrrrr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald's ever there was a mustache in the cup saw it after drinking the whole can and the burger after ordering chicken they gave me beef I don't know who is blind????? Very bad ?very poor hygiene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst McDonald’s branches. It’s very dirty. No one there to clean regularly. Toilet was extremely dirty and seemed like no one cleaned it for days! When pointed it out to the staff, they cared less!
I’ve been to many McD branches and so far, this is worst.
However, the food as always was outstanding.

- Self-service POS machines aren't packed with paper, and the POS of the cashier didn't work properly.
- Cleanliness is so bad that my shoes stick to the floor, and the tables were not cleaned after other customers, which made me take my food outside.
- Dealing with customers is bad compared to other branches
